Water geysers after a power outage in Capitol Heights

Utility crews responded to three major ruptures that sent geysers of water into the air in Capitol Heights Saturday.

The main breaks were reported on Toyon Place, Torque Street and Nova Avenue.

More than a dozen customers are still without water. Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission officials say water has been delivered to customers affected by the breaks.
