Vinny Guadagnino of “Jersey Shore” fame has shelled out $3.43 million for a sprawling two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in Manhattan.
Located in upscale Soho, the unit features plenty of windows offering great city views, including views of the Hudson River and One World Trade.
The ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’ star, who hails from Staten Island, closed on May 13, records show.
“Enjoy elevated living like a loft in the sky,” the previous listing notes.
Residence features include an open-concept design with floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot high ceilings, a Lutron smart lighting system, and electronic blinds in every room.
Spanning 1,250 square feet, the open chef’s kitchen includes a four-burner gas range with a built-in vented hood, convection oven and speed oven.
The two bedrooms are on opposite sides for optimal privacy. The two adjoining bathrooms are built in marble and have a window. The adjoining master bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and heated floors.
Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed “keto Guido” can also take advantage of the building’s amenities, which include a landscaped outdoor patio, fitness center, 24-hour front desk service, and a super.
The move comes after Guadagnino decided to part ways with his The LA house he bought before deciding that the West Coast vibe wasn’t really for him.
The 34-year-old ended up selling the home for $3.85 million, which was $355,000 more than he had paid nine months prior.
Katherine Middleton with Serhant held the list.
Season 5 of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” airs on MTV at 8 p.m. EST.
