Intel Raptor Lake reaches 6 GHz frequency
We received screenshots that appear to show a 5.8-6GHz CPU clock on a 16-core CPU.
Two tests featuring the purported Core i7-13700K have reportedly been leaked. The first shows the processor reaching 6 GHz with all 8 performance cores and hybrid mode disabled (so no efficient cores). In this case, the processor scored 983 points in the single-threaded CPU-Z benchmark, which is even higher than the Core i9-13900K which leaked at 5.5GHz across all performance cores.
By disabling the “small” cores, the result of the multi-core test is obviously affected, and it is reported at 7814 points. The screenshot shows a voltage and temperature of 1.421V between 25 and 37°C, indicating that this screenshot was captured after testing.
The other shows the same processor but with hybrid cores enabled, that means all 16 cores are available. The performance cores are clocked at 5.8 GHz while the efficient cores run at 3.7 GHz. In this case, the CPU gets 947 points in single-threaded test and 12896 in multi-threaded.
The CPU package temperature is reported as 28-38C at 1.5V (so again the temperature reported after the test). Here, a different card was used: ASUS ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming with DDR4 memory.
With such a score, this CPU is 10% more efficient than the i9-13900K at 5.5 GHz and 16% higher than the Core i9-12900K at 5.2 GHz.

Esperonslaie posted a video that appears to show the same reference, but not all of the data is clearly visible. CPU voltage during Cinebnech stress test and 5.9GHz overclock is 1.445V, so this would be a third test, possibly from the same leaker. Here, the temperature was captured during the test and indicates a power of 85°C.
