Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade calls Beyoncé ‘vile than ever’ because of song lyrics

Guest Brian Kilmeade and FoxNews contributor Raymond Arroyo ripped Beyonce on Ingraham’s Angle, Monday, on the lyrics of his song “Heated” from his new album Renaissance. This came in response to news that Beyoncé said she remove the word “spaz” from the song after receiving backlash. While many people think spaz means crazy, it’s actually a pejorative term for spastic diplegia, a form of cerebral palsy, which makes it difficult to control certain muscles. Kilmeade and Arroyo appeared to mock Beyoncé’s decision to delete that word before lambasting her for some of the other lyrics.

“Now Brian,” Arroyo said after playing a snippet of the song, “Beyoncé uses the N-word, dirty terms for male/female genitals, boobs and ass, but spaz is the offensive term in these lyrics.”

Arroyo doesn’t think Beyoncé is going far enough by just revising that word.

“So Beyoncé takes the word spaz out,” Arroyo said. “It doesn’t matter if it continues on this back, it’s perfectly fine. I don’t think she went far enough with cleaning up and revising the lyrics.

Kilmeade then personally attacked Beyoncé, and not just for her lyrics.

“Do you like it when you get a little older, sometimes you soften up? I mean, she’s a parent,” Kilmeade said. “You know, you’d think we haven’t really seen her in a while, barely dressed, dancing, and now she’s coming back meaner than ever, posting X-rated lyrics.”

Kilmeade and Arroyo also tore up Duckwho co-wrote the song with Beyoncé.

“Written by Drake, by the way. He wrote these beautiful lyrics,” Arroyo said. “But why you would sing them as a famous woman that young people look up to, I don’t quite understand.” “Good, and the wonderful assemblage – the great poetry there,” Kilmeade quipped. “I think it will go down in history.”

Ingraham’s Angle airs weeknights at 10 p.m. Fox News Channel.
