Family asks for answers after woman killed by car in DC

The family of a 25-year-old killed in a traffic incident in Northeast, D.C. is desperately asking for any witnesses to come forward after police say the 25-year-old was fatally struck by a SUV driver on Saturday night, after she reportedly hopped onto the SUV as it was pulling away.
