Rajasthan Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena has triggered a fresh conflict with his current declaration saying that cancer is unassociated to cigarette smoking tobacco or beedi.On Friday

, speaking to reporters after addressing a seminar on World Cancer cells Day, Parsadi Lal Meena stated tobacco is not the only reason behind cancer cells, because there are people that take in tobacco or smoke but do not obtain cancer cells.
